Job Description
As a NORPer, you’ll be part of Google’s Network Engineering team, rotating between different areas such as:
- Network Engineering
- Technical Program Management
- Infrastructure Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, support, and improve Google’s network infrastructure.
- Propose automation tools and process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams across the globe.
- Participate in internal training and execute real-world technical projects.
After two years, high-performing NORPers are transitioned into full-time roles such as:
- Network Engineer
- Software Engineer
- Technical Program Manager
