About the Role: Accounts Coordinator
We are seeking a highly meticulous Accounts Coordinator who will manage weekly payment processing for a client base of approximately 300 customers. Your commitment to accuracy, consistency, and attention to financial detail will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Coordinator, your daily and weekly tasks will include:

Processing customer payments on a weekly basis with precision.

Manually updating and maintaining payment records within the company’s systems.

Performing weekly financial reconciliations to ensure all records are accurate.

Preparing quarterly profit and loss reports to evaluate financial performance.

Maintaining accurate financial transaction records.
-
Assisting the Account Manager with the preparation of necessary documentation.

Ensuring zero errors in all payment processing activities.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications

Strong skills in financial data entry and reconciliation processes.

Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for accuracy.

Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with accounting software — Xero experience is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent numerical accuracy and solid analytical skills.

Proficiency in Hindi (for candidates based in India).

Previous experience in property or rental management accounting is a strong plus.

Familiarity with Power Apps is desirable.
