Role & Responsibilities

As a Software Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide technical support to enterprise clients using Ubuntu, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ceph, etc.
  • Troubleshoot across OS, networking, containers, storage, and virtualization layers.
  • Work closely with upstream developers and contribute bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering and product.
