- Salary: ₹20,000 CTC (Approx. ₹15,500 In-Hand)
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Associate, your primary goal will be to provide a seamless customer experience. You will:
- Interact with customers via chat and voice.
- Resolve queries and provide solutions or escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
- Adhere to performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
- Share customer feedback with internal teams.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Criteria
- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome!
- Graduation is not mandatory, but communication skills are a must.
Technical Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with at least an Intel i3 processor
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Windows 10 OS
- Stable Wi-Fi (20 Mbps upload/download)
- USB Headset with microphone
- Immediate joiners preferred
Language & Communication
- Fluent English and Hindi (verbal and written)
- Clear, polite, and confident communicator
