Accenture is launching an Online Hiring Challenge to find talented individuals for its Customer Service teams.

    Date: 6th June 2025
    Time: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM IST
    Get to know Accenture, meet the recruiters, and explore your future career path.

  2. Online Assessment:
    Date: 14th June 2025
    Time: 10:00 AM – 11:59 PM IST
    Choose your support track – Voice or Chat – and complete the challenge.

  3. Leaderboard Results:
    Date: 18th June 2025
    Top performers will be fast-tracked into interviews and further recruitment stages.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Final-year or recently graduated students from non-tech streams (2024/2025 batch).
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service (voice/chat) preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
  • Empathy, a problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn are a must.
