Role Summary
As an Associate Analyst in Deloitte’s payroll team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processes. This non-client-facing role requires precision, efficiency, and strong Excel knowledge. You’ll manage employee data, compensation records, and payroll queries in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process onboarding and lifecycle changes in employee records
- Support payroll operations, MIS reporting, and compensation loads
- Handle full and final settlements, internal transfers, and separation data
- Collaborate with HR, General Ledger, and Payroll teams
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with PII policies
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience: 0–1 year in payroll/accounting or up to 2 years in any field
- Technical Skills: Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), typing speed of 45–50 WPM, 7000 KPH with <5% error
- Tools: Familiarity with SAP HR or other payroll systems is a plus
