Key Responsibilities

As a Support Associate, your primary goal will be to provide a seamless customer experience. You will:

  • Interact with customers via chat and voice.
  • Resolve queries and provide solutions or escalate when needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
  • Adhere to performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT).
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Criteria

  • Laptop/Desktop with at least an Intel i3 processor
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM
