Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT support via voice, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using tools like CHIP (AI Bot).
- Manage and resolve customer incidents and tickets.
- Collaborate with global teams for effective resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic communication.
Skills Required
- Strong English communication (verbal and written)
- Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
